Waste; It is all kinds of
substances that are used, are no longer unwanted, and cause harm to the
environment.
Waste management; starting from
the design stage of any product; It is a discipline that covers production,
consumption, waste generation, recycling and/or disposal of waste. Waste
management processes are carried out within the framework of the Waste
Management Regulation, and facility obligations are fulfilled. In accordance
with the legislation, waste temporary storage area design, preparation of
industrial waste management plan, obtaining temporary storage permit, all waste
management processes are carried out correctly.
Zero Waste; It is a target
defined as a waste management philosophy that includes preventing waste, using
resources more efficiently, preventing or minimizing waste generation by
reviewing the causes of waste generation, and collecting and recycling waste
separately at the source in case of occurrence. Within the scope of the Zero
Waste Regulation, a zero waste system is established and documented and the
wastes are recorded through the system.
